A few frames from this week’s Lake Como wedding 🇮🇹 A few frames from this week’s Lake Como wedding 🇮🇹 A ceremony against those ridiculous shades of blue, with the lake stretching out behind them and the mountains doing what they do best — making everything look slightly unreal. There’s a reason Lake Como weddings hit differently. The historic villas, the water, the mountains, that Italian light, and the whole la dolce vita energy. It’s one of those places where you barely have to try and everything already looks like a film still. But as always, it’s the people, the chaos, the little in-between moments and everything you couldn’t have planned that make the photographs. It was such a privilege to capture @dan13ella7 & Raihan’s beautiful day. 🤍 And a very special thank you to my friend @hanna.bursuk for being the best wingwoman and helping me make it happen. More adventures to come. 🥂

Me: running around London with two cameras, obsessing over light, architecture and tiny details, fixing veils, making nervous couples laugh and somehow always noticing the one moment happening in the corner of the room. My work: editorial wedding photography with a documentary heart. I'm Ela, a London-based editorial wedding photographer creating fashion-inspired, documentary and film photography for couples who care about beautiful design, incredible spaces and photographs that feel like them. I love the polished and the imperfect. The couture dress and the slightly messy hair. The perfectly designed tablescape and the champagne spill. The dramatic portrait and the completely unplanned laugh five seconds later. I don't want your wedding photographs to look like a photoshoot. I want them to look like your life, beautifully observed. My approach blends an editorial eye with documentary storytelling — using light, architecture, movement, composition and a little bit of direction when needed, then stepping back and letting the real story unfold. A handful of snippets from @emmavvictoriagreen & @ A handful of snippets from @emmavvictoriagreen & @robhjgreen London wedding — and honestly, I’m still not sure how we managed to fit everything into one day. 🤍 From the beautiful @claridgeshotel to the ceremony at the iconic @adaytorememberlondon with the wonderful Jess from @occasion.queens bringing everything together so effortlessly. Five different locations and venues, so many moving parts — and somehow, everything flowed exactly as planned. That’s the kind of wedding day magic you don’t always see in the photographs, but you absolutely feel. Emma looked like an absolute goddess in her @kyhabride dress. And every woman deserves a husband who knows exactly how to fluff and puff her wedding dress before the next photo. 😂🤍 Rob, you understood the assignment. Every location brought something completely different — incredible architecture, layers of history, beautiful light and those little corners that make London such a ridiculously good backdrop for photographs. And this was just the beginning. There was SO much happening from morning until the very end that there was absolutely no way I could fit it all into one carousel. So… consider this Part I. 😂 Part II — and probably Part III — definitely coming. The Golden Gate Bridge is even more impressive in person Imagine a city where skyscrapers literally have to dance with the wind. San Francisco is built on shaking ground. Vintage cars + Palm Springs = honestly, I was in my element. If you know, you know Venice beach on sunrise Frank Gerthy architecture 🤤 Palm Springs architecture is basically mid-century cool meets desert living - houses that look straight out of a movie.
